In-situ machining
In-situ machining of main bearing pockets, engine blocks, cylinder liner sealing surfaces etc.
Bearing Rebabbitting
Rebabbitting of white metal main, crosshead and thrust and generator’s bearings. Ultrasonic bonding tests.
Liner Honing
Liner honing in-situ or in workshop for main and auxilliary engine liners.
Measurements by Laser Means
Various measurements of diesel engine main bearing pockets by laser means for inspection of alignment, ovality, deflection etc.
